Gartner is predicting that by 2020, 55% of all large enterprises will have deployed (used in production) at least one bot or chatbots.

In the era of connected devices, expect to find IoT technology in 95% of electronics for new product designs by 2020, Gartner says. IoT-enabled products with Smartphone activation could happen as early as 2019.
